Where do we ship?

We currently ship to most countries in Europe, including Slovenia. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us – we’re happy to help.

Delivery Time

We kindly ask for your patience while your order makes its journey to you. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

  • Order processing: 1–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal service, and customs clearance. Some items may arrive earlier, while others may take a little longer, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Multiple items in one order

To ensure quicker delivery, your items may be shipped separately. This means they might arrive in different packages and possibly on different days.
